Neck Pain and Headaches

Neck pain is common, with 10-20% of us experiencing it every year. Headaches follow a similar trend, with around 46% of adults suffering from headaches globally. Thankfully most causes of neck pain and headaches are not serious, and conservative care including chiropractic adjustments & mobilization, as well as specific exercises have been shown to effectively treat these conditions.
